Complaints 2018
Our Permanent Information Offices (OIP) have become a key channel for the communities in our area of influence to raise complaints or make inquiries.
We have offices of this type in Abancay, Challhuahuacho, Tambobamba and Mara (Apurímac region), and in Espinar, Ccapacmarca and Velille (Cusco region).

74% of the complaints and claims were related to the alleged non-payment by some contractors to local suppliers, 20% to alleged property damage, 3% to local employment, 2% to environmental issues, and finally, 1% to other types of complaints.
IMPORTANT:
We did not register any claim related to the discrimination or violation of the human rights of the indigenous population in the reported period.
